The first donation of the year was made this weekend. The £10,000.00 donation went to the Centre Scientifique de Monaco and the presentation was made by CAC trustee, Sheila McCarron.
Dr Vincent Picco, Head of Research in the Stem Cells and Brain Tumours Team at the Monaco Scientific Centre (CSM) received the cheque. The money will be used to help fund the CSM’s research into paediatric cancers.
This is the first of 10 £10,000.00 donations that we have planned for this year.
