Terms and Conditions

All orders are sent from the UK using the good old services of the Royal Mail and Air Mail.

Orders to the UK should then be delivered within 3 working days of dispatch. Orders sent outside the UK but inside the European Union should be delivered within 14 working days of dispatch. Orders outside the EU should be delivered within 20 working days of dispatch.

Try to ensure the delivery address includes all relevant and correct details, including flat number etc. if applicable.

RETURNS

We will do everything we can to make sure your order meets with complete satisfaction.

Please note that underwear is non-returnable.

We will deal with every return individually so that we can get to the root of any problems. If you wish to return a product, please contact us on [email protected] explaining any issues.

Please remember

Allow 3-5 working days once the goods have reached us to process all returns.
Any returns received after 30 days will not be processed.
All refunds will be credited back to the original method used to place the order.
Credit/debit card transactions can take 3-5 working days to show on your bank statement.
Please ensure your account details are current and up to date as we may need to contact you regarding your return via email or telephone.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will refund your postage. Goods are the customerʼs responsibility until they arrive at Climbers Against Cancer HQ.

Our returns policy does not affect the consumerʼs statutory rights.
